Lily’s Ash is book 2 in the Scandalous Secrets Series. This series is a shared world series with three standalone books written by different authors. Each book is a dark romance consisting of different tropes. Lily’s Ash is a reverse age gap.
These books are intended for mature audiences, and reader discretion is advised. They contain, but are not limited to, violence, profanity, reference to abuse, reference to mental illness, taboo relationships that are not considered normal, and explicit scenes that may or may not include nonconsensual or dubious acts.

Ugh, way to rip my heart to shreads and put it back together!! I was so excited for Zoe and Grayson to get their HEA but they definitely went thru so much to get there. My emotions were everywhere. I want to go back to the day I overheard people talking about it, wondering what had them so worked up.
I want to go back to the day I walked into the bookstore and found the book that was causing so much hype.
I want to go back to the day I lay on my bed, opening the cover and turning the pages to read the first lines that would change everything.
I want to go back to the day I first met the characters, letting my imagination conjure images in my head.
I want to go back to the day the anticipation had me so hooked, I wanted to ignore the world and dive right into the book.
I want to go back to the day I finished the first book and jumped straight into my car, driving to the bookstore before they closed so I could buy the second book.
I want to go back to the day I got excited that each book had more and more pages, never wanting the story to end.
I want to go back to the day I finished reading the last book and sat holding it, not sure what to do with my life, since now the story was over, and I could never read it for the first time again.
We all have that book, that series that consumed us so much that it’s all we want to live and breathe.
For me, I want to go back to the day I held this book in my hand, for it stirred something inside me. Something that had always been there, yet needed the spark to ignite it.
For me, that book was Twilight.
Some may roll their eyes at that.
Some may say, of course, how typical.
But some will know exactly what I’m talking about.
I’ve moved on from sparkling vampires and gone down the rabbit hole of truly dark and disturbed, but it doesn’t change how I got here. How I became obsessed with reading, and consumed with writing.
I will say, however, if Stephanie Meyer ever decides to bring out a version of the Twilight Saga where Bella doesn’t choose, but claims both Edward and Jacob as her men, then I’ll be all over that!! 😏❤️
